Team Eternal Beauty is located in Rubungo village. Because of extreme water scarcity, Rubungo village has the highest rate of malnutrition in the Gasabo district. Women in the Rubungo village often wake at 3 am to collect water. When the tap is running slowly, filling jerry cans might take up to several hours. Sometimes, after waiting for hours, women will have to abandon water collection to get to work on time.

Team Eternal Beauty, an 18 woman team of inspired and empowered change agents, has completed year-one of an intensive two-year process. Their training and venture plans are complete, they have chosen a water site in consultation with local Rwandan water authorities (WASAC), the land has been purchased, and work permits for pipeline construction have been issued. Team Eternal Beauty is set to launch in July 2019. Clean, safe water will be flowing, and the lives of 2,688, people will be transformed.
