Social Transformation

Integrated with the personal transformation work and conscious leadership practices, the second part of our training assists participants in mapping social issue priorities and diagnosing core causes. With an in-depth study of successful models of systemic change, we undergo a rigorous creative problem-solving process. Project teams enter an intensive venture design process to construct a mission and vision, operational plan, organizational design, budget, creative resourcing strategies, evaluation metrics, strategic partnerships, a code of conduct and communications strategy. The course covers all the skills needed to create a plan for a viable social enterprise.
